  Lincoln Financial Field. Site design for Lincoln Financial Field, the new home of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles. The stadium is part of Philadelphia's new sports district.
  Citizens Bank Ballpark. Site design and construction management for the new home of the Philadelphia Phillies. The new vintage-style stadium complex is part of the Philadelphia Sports District.
  The Pennsylvania Convention Center. Site and landscape design for the Center's exhibition hall streetscape and plaza plantings and for the Reading Terminal Train Shed interior planting design.
  Philadelphia Convention Center Streets. Streetscape designs to create a street-level identity for a major urban complex covering a 22 city block matrix.
  The Barnes Museum and Arboretum. A Philadelphia Landmark, the Barnes Museum required a carefully designed parking system that preserved the grounds and remained hidden from the entryway.
  Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Designing the urban streetscape for a world-renowned children's hospital. Synterra created a friendly streetscape and entry courtyard that extends the hospital's identity outside.
  Philadelphia Navy Yard. Corporate center development within the tax-advantaged zone of the planned redevelopment of the Philadelphia Navy Yard which will include restaurants, recreation and shopping.
  JFK Plaza. Design and construction documentation for the renovations to this urban plaza. The completed project created a people-friendly space open to a variety of activities and entertainment.
  Ben Rush State Park. Developing and managing the recreational development of a 147 acre historical Pennsylvania State Park. The park is linked to the larger Fairmount Park system.
  Negro Baseball League Memorial. Development of construction documents for a memorial plaza to honor the Negro Baseball League. The installation formed a corner plaza with a sculpture and memorial wall.
  The Philadelphia Zoo. Analysis, planning and economics study to improve Zoo parking and access. Recommendations to solve increased traffic, bus loading and street aesthetics were primary points of concern.
  Criminal Justice Center. Creating an outdoor environment that coordinates a new streetscape with the building facade while serving the unique outdoor pedestrian needs of a major municipal facility.
  Pumphouse Plaza. Site/landscape design, construction documentation and observation for this site located on the Hudson River along the northern portion of Battery Park in NY.
  Virginia Keys. Market assessment, revenue expense analysis and a development strategy for this beachfront recreation facility located on a 1005 acre barrier island in Miami's Biscane Bay.
  Julia de Burgos Bilingual Elementary School. Construction management for a 20 million dollar K-8 school in Philadelphia. Community and local minority contractor involvement were central to the project's success.
  The El SEPTA @ Work Market Street Elevated Reconstruction. Renovation of six rail stations, 11,000 feet of EL support structure and two new substations. This $370 million dollar reconstruction will dramatically change the look of West Philadelphia.
  Liacouras Center. Project and construction management for Temple University's new recreation and convocation center. The project included a community center and retail shops.
  The National Constitution Center. Construction management for this state-of-the-art museum, study center and new historical landmark. The five level space houses a theatre, auditorium, museum, offices and cafeteria.
  University City Rail Station. Construction management of a new passenger rail station for SEPTA's high speed line connecting University City with Philadelphia International Airport.
  West Park Apartments. Providing construction management services for the maintenance, restoration and additions to this three building high rise apartment complex. Features include: Lobbies and new guard stations.
  University of the Virgin Islands. Building consensus and establishing the foundation for a long term development plan at two campus locations: St. Thomas and St. Croix.
  Delaware State University Mall. Creating a pedestrian-friendly campus with a new central plaza for special campus events. Safety, durability, commuter sensitivity and low-maintenance were primary considerations in the design.
  University of Pennsylvania Fresh Air Vendor Plaza. Designing new centralized vendor sites throughout the U.Penn campus improves pedestrian experience and campus appearance.
  Atlantic City Brigantine Connector. Spearheading a community relations campaign to create consensus for a new roadway in Southern New Jersey.
  Vine Street Expressway. Award-winning site design and landscape development for a comprehensive mitigation plan for a major Philadelphia artery. Solution included plazas, noise abatement and more.
  Interstate 476 - The Blue Route. Public interface, planting design, noise abatement and aesthetic recommendations to help overcome 50 years of opposition to this vital suburban Philadelphia expressway.
  Phila. International Airport - Terminal One. Site and landscape design for Terminal serving U.S. Airways. Situated among natural wetlands and serving as a gateway to the airport complex, the project had numerous objectives.
  Phila. International Airport - Terminal F. Site planning and construction documentation for U.S. Airways Express. The project coordinates with other "in-progress" airport projects.

  Frankford Transportation Center. Site design and community relations and participation for a new transportation center intended to act as a catalyst for community revitalization.
  Transit Projects. A sampling of our work for a wide variety of transit stations. Sensitivity to historic properties, surrounding communities and the ability to improve land value through design are always of paramount concern.
  Royal Court Townhouses. Site and landscape design for renovation of a waterfront townhome complex. Project included community relations, site and landscape design.
  Wilson Park Homes. Site planning to complement a comprehensive modernization of a 460 townhome / senior citizen high-rise complex. Project included a park, community garden and landscaping.
  Chinatown Housing - Hing Wah Yuen Housing Development. Delivering a cross-cultural perspective for Chinatown North Housing, a townhouse / housing development near Center City Philadelphia.
  Raymond Rosen Low Rise Housing. Grading and site improvements for new 198 townhouse complex spanning three urban blocks. The first turnkey development for the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
