Synterra, Ltd. provided both project and construction management services
throughout the design and construction phases of Temple University's new
$60 million dollar, 10,000 seat multi-purpose complex with some very special
features.
At street level, the complex includes retail shops and a community center.
This was established as a part of the commitment to community involvement
in enhancement and development.
Services included project coordination, development and implementation
of an affirmative action program, monitoring minority participation, and
coordinating community involvement and employment.
A specific measurable goal of this project was community enhancement and
development.
