Synterra, Ltd. was responsible for providing construction management services throughout the design and construction of the three new lobbies, guard stations and brick pointing of the high rise apartment buildings.

In each lobby, state-of-the-art technologies and materials blended the critical functional requirements of the Philadelphia Housing Authority's security with design aesthetics. Renovations and canopy additions to the three building entrances included life safety security as well as comprehensive cosmetic upgrades (paint, vinyl wall coverings, carpet, composite tile, acoustical and drywall ceilings and lighting).
