Synterra, Ltd, was responsible for planning site improvements to an existing development of 460 townhouses and 4 senior citizen high-rise buildings.

In addition to traditional building code and construction compliance, this project also met the requirements of HUD, ADA and other federal guidelines.

To deliver a master plan that met or exceeded all compliance requirements, Synterra worked closely with resident representatives, on-site management, and the Philadelphia Housing Authority Project Manager. The approved plan evolved by balancing resident requests and comments with HUD and other agency guidelines.

The plan included a new inviting entrance, a park for seniors, a community garden and front terrace upgrades throughout the complex.
